how to install a splash picture?

minimalist:
a/ How to install a splash picture for grub after the grub installation through the nutyx-ISO?

b/ I would prefer don't to see the boot messages directly but such a splash picture, and look for the boot messages separately after boot.

Is that possible?

c/ Where can I find the boot messages?
