help about commands very hard to read (light-grey on white)

when I launched cards, without parameters, it shows commands, and print for each command a short description.

I can hardly read the short description, as it is light-grey on white, and the contrast of it is very poor.
Guess I would prefer the description to be plain black (on white... now that I think of it it would be unreadable on a black terminal)... maybe brown?

I now realize that this is linked to me I was using mate-terminal, which use a white background.
There the white text seems very light grey on the white background.
On UXTerm and XTerm, the output of cards looks fine... because the white description get out of the grey background.
