A Read the available documentaiton by following this order:
1. How to build a package ? (http://nutyx.org/en/build-package)
2. Read the manual pages of cards, pkgmk and pkgmk.conf
man cards
man pkgmk
man pkgmk.conf
B. Try an already existing port
C. Ask for help HERE if it's still not working
