At the moment is it possible to use steam wine lutris gog gaming on Nutyx which version is better for gaming ?

Welcome to the NuTyX forums
To play on NuTyX, I guess the only way is to use the flatpak packages:
sudo cards install flatpak
flatpak install steam
Probably for the rest, you knows already better then me
