where are CLI commands such as lspci

Hi there,
I've installed the base and the devel packages, but there seem to be a number of important system commands missing..
lspci which is part of the pciutils package,, is nowhere to be found....
I am trying to find out what services start at boot, but there are no commands such as 'service' initctl sysv-rc-conf, etc
If I have missed something obvious, please tell me...

Just do a:
get pciutils
lspci

All the services are split as well and can be found via:

cards search service

I feel a little foolish, but it now works....  The best place to hide a pebble is on the beach !!
